HOT FOOD

Our hot food works wonderful for both lunch and dinner events. We guarantee that there will be plenty of food for everyone, the portions are large and all of our food is made from scratch.  All of our hot food catering will include a fresh salad of your choice, all side items, utensils, plates and serving ware.

Fresh mixed greens, shaved carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and blue cheese  Accompanied  with our home-made ranch and balsamic dressings on the side

Caesar

Fresh Romaine, croutons and tomatoes accompanied with fresh shredded Parmesan and our homemade Caesar dressing

Entree Choices:

 

Rigatoni and Meatballs

This classic dish is one that everyone will love. Our home-made meatballs served over a bed of rigatoni then smothered in our soon to be famous marinara and mozzarella cheese

Stuffed Chicken

Each person will receive a big all white meat chicken Breast overflowing with ricotta cheese, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts. Served over a bed of rigatoni and smothered in our white wine-garlic-cream sauce.
                     

Chicken Piccatta:

This dish starts with all white meat chicken lightly breaded then baked to a golden brown. We then smother it in our home-made lemon caper sauce and serve it with fresh garlic mashed potatoes.   

Chicken Alfredo

Diced all white meat chicken breast tossed with fettuccine and smothered in  our garlic Alfredo sauce

Baked Lasagna

(Minimum 48 hours notice)
One of our favorites.  Layers of marinated turkey and beef mixed with ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and our home-made marinara. Delicious!
                                          

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

This spicy Caribbean dish is a house favorite. We start by smoke grilling the chicken then smother it in our home-made spicy jerk sauce.
This gem is accompanied by our Caribbean rice pilaf.

Meat Loaf

A great way to please the masses. Our homemade meatloaf served hot with melted cheese pouring out from every crevice. Accompanied with our magic meatloaf sauce and fresh garlic mashed potatoes.

Pot Roast

This one is sure to delight.  We cook our chuck roast for twelve hours until it falls apart. Once we have it tender to perfection it is smothered in our homemade pot roast gravy and served with fresh garlic mashed potatoes.

Shrimp Scampi

Fresh Shrimp sauteed in our white-wine garlic cream sauce then poured over fettuccine.

Garden Burger

Made from scratch and wonderful. Served on a fresh bun with lettuce, onion and tomato. Served with mixed veggies

Veggie Pizza

Mushroom, black olive,  onion,  red and yellow  peppers cover this thin crust  pizza. All smothered in mozzarella cheese

Eggplant Parmesean

Thick slices of fresh Eggplant lightly breaded then baked to a golden brown. Served over a bed of rigatoni and smothered in our homemade marinara and mozzarella.

Turkey

Freshly sliced peppered turkey piled high and topped with provolone cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato then finished with a side of our home-made chipotle mayo. Served on our toasted sour dough or wheat bread.     

Chicken Salad

Our made from scratch chicken salad includes all white meat chicken, Mayonnaise, mustard, celery and  dill pickle all topped off with lettuce, onion and tomato.  This gem is served on  toasted sour dough or wheat bread  and is sure to impress.

BLT

Crispy Maple-bacon, fresh lettuce and vine ripened tomato all served on toasted sour dough or wheat bread and finished with a thin layer of mayo.

Chicken Caesar Sandwich 

Fresh romaine tossed in our home-made caesar dressing and fresh shredded Parmesan. Served on toasted sour dough or wheat bread and finished with onion and tomato.

Ham

Fresh sliced Black Forest ham stacked high and served with lettuce, onion and tomato then finished in our home-made honey mustard sauce. Served on toasted sour dough or  wheat bread.

Chicken Kebabs

Two big Kebabs full of chicken, onion and peppers grilled in our home-made kebab sauce, served over seasonal mixed veggies   

Buffalo Shrimp Salad

Fresh mixed greens tossed in our home made ranch dressing. Mixed with tomatoes, cucumbers and blue cheese crumbles all topped of with our spicy buffalo shrimp.

Fresh Berry Salad

Diced all white meat chicken, cherry granola, strawberries, blueberries and Feta cheese served over a bed of fresh spring mix and tossed in our own home-made berry  vinaigrette dressing.

Apple & Asparagus Salad

Diced all white meat chicken, apples, asparagus, candied walnuts and Feta cheese tossed  with fresh mixed greens and served with our home-made apple cider vinaigrette.

Salmon Caesar

A grilled salmon fillet tops a bed of fresh Romaine, tomatoes and croutons all tossed in our home made Caesar dressing and finished with shredded Parmesan cheese.

The Wedge

A big wedge of chilled ice-burg lettuce coated in blue cheese dressing, red onion, vine ripened tomatoes, maple bacon and blue cheese crumbles.

Ordering Instructions. 

Orders must be received no later than 3:00 pm the day prior.  Large orders may require 48 hours notice.  In a jam?  Same day orders are  possible and handled on a case by case basis.    

Menu Items.  This is a list of items that we know work well for catering. Catering at Floyd’s is handled directly by the owner and chef , therefore,  we can make just about anything. If you have any requests don’t be shy to ask.

What’s Included.   Our per-person price includes quality disposable plates, flatware, napkins and serving utensils.
                    
Payment.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American express. For regular clients additional billing options are available.

Drop Off Service.  Set up as a self serve buffet in disposable containers with disposable serving utensils. Sales tax and delivery charges apply.

Delivery.  We deliver within the metro Phoenix are. Delivery charges can range anywhere between $15.00 and $40 dollars and depend on the location.

Cancellation.  All drop off orders require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charges 50% of the total invoice to cover the cost of food.
